WHY ARE C$ PRICES NOT PEGGED AT THE EXCHANGE RATE? - when shipping from our Canadian offices, we have paid the 
Canadian taxes & duties so the US - C$ price difference may not be at the current exchange rate - you would have to
 pay these charges if you purchased from any US warehouse too so this is a fair policy.

RETURNS :Please call 514-835-7476 or e-mail a request for return If the product is defective a new item will be shipped to you at no charge If it`s a non warranty return there is a 15% restocking charge and no credit given for freight. Please make sure you really want it - it`s expensive to return. Often taxes and duties apply at the border and you are responsible for these charges. Performance items are not returnable under any curcumstances - items like suspension parts (coilovers. lowering springs, camber kits etc.) SEATS are NOT returnable under any circumstances - make sure it`s what you really want before ordering.

It is up to the customer to inspect the goods for damage upon receipt. If damaged you must show the courier / postal worker right away and make a claim. We ship the goods as new, however, there are times when the courier company could have droped something - if the box looks broken it is up to you, and prudent, to at least open the item and inspect it in order to make a claim.

Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. We at PPSONLINE will not initiate any claims with the carrier (except when the package is missing). Claims for shortage of items must be made within 48 hours after receipt of merchandise. Claims of damaged shipments must be made by the customer with the carrier.

WHY NO PHONE RESPONSE?In order to accomodate the various time zones in N/A our sales staff starts at noon EST time (9am Pacific). The shipping personal uses the 9-12 time to perpare and ship the previous days orders. This allows us to takewest coast orders right up to 6pm Pacific time (9pm EST), in fact, the owner even call forewards the phones to his homeoffice and if at home will take orders until 11pm EST and weekends if in (even Sunday).
